I have been waorking as educator and researcher from the last 18 + years. I have completed my B. Pharm degree in 2002 from Guru Ghashi Das University, Bilaspur (C.G.). Then I worked in Gracewell (Derma) Division of Glenmark Pharmaceutical Ltd., for a period of one and half year and also worked as a Lecturer of D.Pharm program in the year 2004-05. In January 2006, I received my M.Pharm degree in Pharmacognosy from Padmavathi College of Pharmacy, Dharmapuri affiliated to Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai (T.N.) I started my career as a Lecturer and Training and Placement officer at GRY Institute of Pharmacy, Borawan in Jan 2006. At the mean time I got enrolled for MBA in HRM from DDE Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry, and completed my second masters in 2008. In 2009 I got enrolled for my PhD in Management from MPBOU, Bhopal and got it awarded in 2014. I worked in different pharmacy colleges like GRKIST (Pharmacy), Jabalpur (2007-08), Oriental College of Pharmacy, Bhopal (2009-14) and university like RKDF University, Bhopal at different positions (2015-18) including at the post of Principal at Department of Pharmacy (DOP) 2019-22. I completed my second doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from RKDF University, Bhopal. Currently I am serving as Professor and Principal @ Kailash Narayan Patel College of Pharmacy, Bhopal.
During my journey in the teaching profession, I published my research works in five international and more than 10 national indexed journals. I also have two patent registrations in my credit. I also attended different National and International seminar/conferences held in India. I participated in more than 05 QIP, FDP, STTP, workshops. I have been also invited as resource person and expert in career seminars. I received eminent principal award in 2021. I have also co-guided Ph.D. scholars in management. I am a life member of Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) and Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI).
